The OSS core is free forever. Pro is when you want custom workflows, custom code-graph parsers for in-house languages, hands-on integration. Services, not gated features.
What we typically build.
- A workflow that maps your team's review, planning, and debugging loops onto Coograph's agent and skill primitives.
- A custom code-graph parser for an in-house language or DSL we don't already cover.
- Integration with your existing tooling — internal MCP servers, bespoke CI checks, in-house spec format.
- A hands-on rollout: pairing with your engineers for the first few weeks until the workflow is internalized.
How it starts.
- Email us.
You email hello@coograph.com with a paragraph about your stack and the problem you're trying to solve.
- We reply within a week.
Either a scoped proposal or an honest "this isn't a fit" — whichever is true.
- Time-boxed first phase.
If we proceed, we agree on a time-boxed first phase (typically 2–4 weeks) before any longer commitment.
What this costs.
First engagements typically run 2–4 weeks at fixed fees in the $20k–$60k range, calibrated to scope. Smaller scopes start lower. Continuing engagements are monthly retainers, sized to your usage.
We surface this number on the public page so the email triage is fast — if it's wildly outside your budget, you know before you write the email.
What we will not do.
- Sell you a license to features that ship in the OSS repo.
- Lock anything we build for you behind a private fork that you can't run yourself.
- Pretend we're a 50-person consulting firm. We're small.
